Citronella is best known for repelling insects, but it is usually heavily diluted with carrier oils.

This is an aromatherapy grade, 100% pure oil and just a few drops is effective. It can be used in a diffuser or added to your regular cleaning products. For flying insects, it is effective in a spray bottle at 2% to 5% dilution (so, 10ml would make up to 500ml of spray).

Unlike commercial products like DEET, citronella is a natural plant extract and is non-toxic and safe in the correct dosage for children and pets.

Citronella is used in aromatherapy to fight immune and respiratory infections. It also provides excellent relief for headaches, migraines and tension.
