This is a 100% pure vanilla extract. It can be used in cooking (hint: just a drop will do), but it is very different to a vanilla extract bought in a baking store. This essential oil has been extracted to retain all the healing properties of the vanilla beans.

Oleoresins are the concentrated liquid form of the spice. They are obtained from spices by extraction with a non-aqueous solvent, followed by removal of the solvent by evaporation and by super critical fluid extraction. This spice-derivative has the same character and property of the spice it is obtained from. They retain the character of the respective organic spice and spice oil completely.
